About the Role:
Working in the field, you will contribute to exceptional client outcomes. Add your skills to install, as well as service and support our high-end communication systems. These include Nurse Call Systems, Patient Entertainment Systems and Resident Engagement Systems amongst other cutting-edge solutions.
Some key responsibilities:
Project installations:
+ Enjoy varied project involvement, i.e., new builds, retrofits, and upgrades
+ Conduct systems installations in line with Company Standard Operating Procedures
+ Work to the project schedule as directed
+ Participate in the provision of detailed documentation to enable control of all project variations
+ Understand project deliverables and the KPI’s to measure output
+ Be part of project handovers and debriefs as required
+ Participate in system commissioning
Service and Support:
+ Visit client sites to attend to:
+ Preventative service and maintenance per contract and reactive service calls
+ Perform fault finding and repairs as required
+ Take responsibility for service outcomes which will result in high customer satisfaction
+ Complete detailed service reports for works undertaken
+ Liaise with clients and providing a high level of support and communication
+ Serve on the on-call roster
About You:

Your Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
You possess:
+ A current Australian Drivers License
+ A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Electrical Engineering OR a Cert III or IV Telecommunications/Electronics or IT Networking
+ Strong interpersonal and communications skills
+ Good problem-solving skills
+ The ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
+ Working knowledge of common software packages such as Microsoft Office & Email applications
+ A willingness to travel within NSW, servicing our customer base and be part of the rotating on-call roster
+ Ability to work in differing environments, ranging from Clinical Environments to Construction Sites
Previous experience with IPTV, Messaging and Integrated solutions will be highly regarded.
