will identify potential customers, generate leads and manage your sales pipeline effectively from lead to stakeholder engagement, presentations and signing customer agreements. You will shine at developing relationships with consultants, customer influencers, builders, contractor and customer representatives at all levels.

About the Role:
+ Use your cold calling / networking skills and understanding of your territory / market to establish relationships, and grow a solid pipeline for Residential Aged care in NSW/ACT
+ Develop strong knowledge and understanding of our entire platform solutions to promote effectively and ensure customers understand the outcomes they can achieve
+ Develop short and long term sales opportunities with new and existing customers
+ Maximise sales from opportunities that are available in your territory
+ Leverage relationships with customers to develop a roadmap to implement the Rauland Aged Care solutions across their facilities
+ Build long term trust relationships with our customers to reinforce Rauland’s excellent reputation in the market
Qualifications and Experience:
+ The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years’ business development experience and sales success within the Residential Aged Care sector. Particularly with communications and /or information systems
+ You have a solid understanding of the specification process from need analysis and value proposition to securing the order
+ You have provided pre-sales support, done proposal development, project scoping and have confidence when presenting to groups of varying sizes in an engaging and informative manner
+ You have experience selling solutions within the ICT space and proven general commercial acumen
+ You offer maturity in decision making, time management skills and team-working skills
+ You are a positive and constructive sales person who works to nurture motivation and engagement as the company continues to grow, take pride in your appearance and are honest, act ethically and with high integrity
