The role:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Finance Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future while supporting our continued growth.
Reporting to the General Manager – Business Services you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation, ensuring efficient financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and strategic financial decision-making to support the company’s growth and sustainability.

What we are looking for | What will make your application stand out?
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (CPA/CA preferred).
Extensive financial management experience, ideally in a B2B environment (medical or software sectors preferred). - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Proven leadership with experience building high-performing teams.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial modelling
- Track record of driving business growth and supporting expansion.
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP advantageous).
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyse complex issues and develop solutions.
