Join a well renowned healthcare technology leader supporting high profile and leading-edge clinical implementations across Victoria. Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a self-motivated nurse with experience in the implementation of clinical or hospital information systems.
Be responsible for supporting the delivery and optimum utilisation of clinical workflow systems used to deliver care in an acute care and aged care setting. Key to your success will be your ability to collaborate with a wide range of internal and external key stakeholders.
You will be involved in a variety of tasks including needs analysis; system design and implementation; change management; end-user education and training; go-live support and conducting post go-live evaluation of improvements and clinical outcomes achieved.
Some key objectives:
+ Develop a deep understanding of the Concentric Care platform and how the platform helps healthcare workers to achieve clinical outcomes and improve patient experience
+ Engage with Customers at different stages: pre-sales, project, post-delivery and ongoing to ensure solutions are well adopted and to drive continuous improvement
+ Conduct needs analysis for system design during project discovery and planning phases – including conducting workshops with Customers
+ Ensure effective implementation of high quality, efficient solutions in collaboration with appropriate clinical departments and Rauland teams
+ Prepare and deliver onsite and online user training programs
+ Define, gather and analyse data to generate before and after studies to demonstrate best practice outcomes are being achieved
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced healthcare professional with a strong passion for delivering excellent clinical and patient outcomes. You will enjoy taking a hands-on approach and thrive on taking responsibility for delivering fantastic outcomes for clinicians and patients.
You will be able to demonstrate:
+ Knowledge of Clinical practices and workflows
+ Ability to manage multiple competing demands across complex projects
+ A highly collaborative approach and ability to deliver outcomes
+ The ability to develop and deliver online and user facing training materials
+ Confidence in leading cross-functional meetings to agree requirements from key stakeholders
+ Ability to drive change and educate others in cross functional team environments
+ Effective risk management and issue resolution
+ The will and ability to be a part of the solution
Qualifications and Experience:
+ Undergraduate degree in health with at least 3 years professional experience
+ Experience implementing technology in the healthcare environment
+ Understanding of quality improvement processes
+ Experience presenting training materials
+ Strong organisational and time management skills with demonstrated attention to detail
+ Excellent collaboration, inter-personal and communication skills
+ Confident and pro-active approach
