Working in the field, you will contribute to exceptional client outcomes. Utilise your skills to install, as well as service and support our high-end communication systems. These include Nurse Call Systems, Patient Entertainment Systems and Resident Engagement Systems amongst other cutting-edge solutions.
Some key responsibilities:
Visit client sites to attend to:
+ Preventative service and maintenance per contract; and
reactive service calls
+ Perform fault finding and repairs as required
+ Take responsibility for service outcomes which will result in high customer satisfaction
+ Complete detailed service reports for works undertaken
+ Liaise with clients, providing a high level of support and communication
+ Serve on the on-call roster
+ Assist with project installations / delivery as needed
About You:

Your Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
+ A current Australian Drivers Licence
+ Strong interpersonal and communications skills
+ Qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, IT / Networking, Telecommunications or relevant experience
+ Good problem-solving skills
+ The ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
+ Working knowledge of common software packages such as Microsoft Office & Email applications
+ A desire to work across the Greater Sydney Region, with a willingness to travel within NSW where required to service our customer base and be part of the rotating on-call roster
+ Ability to work in differing environments, ranging from Clinical Environments to Construction Sites
+ A Construction Industry White Card and a Structured Cabling Endorsement will be an advantage
