About the Role:
Working in the field, you will service, install and support our high end communication systems, including Nurse Call Systems and Patient Entertainment Systems with an exceptional client focus.
Some tasks:
+ Provide reactive and preventative service and maintenance to the Rauland client base
+ Communicate actively with the rest of the Service Team to keep information relating to job progress current
+ Take responsibility for service outcomes which will result in high customer satisfaction
+ Provide detailed documentation to enable reporting of service tasks
+ Coordinate resources as applicable (equipment, parts, labour, sub-contractors)
+ Actively identify possible sales opportunities through information obtained from clients on-site
+ Maintain accurate records for all labour and parts charged to each work order
+ Serve on the on-call roster
+ Assist with project installations / delivery as needed
About You:
You enjoy solving problems and thrive on tackling difficult challenges as well as finding creative solutions. If you don’t know the answer you will persist to find it. You are a stickler for detail, and believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing right. You can think on your feet and you like learning new things.
Your Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
You possess:
+ Current Australian Drivers Licence
+ Certificate IV Electronics & Communication or equivalent and an interest in working with low voltage circuitry or systems
+ Previous service experience within the Electronics/Communications fields
+ Strong customer service skills and an ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
+ Fault finding and troubleshooting experience
+ Strong interpersonal and communications skills
+ Ability to work independently on challenging assignments
+ Strong knowledge of common software packages such as Microsoft Office & Email applications
+ Experience in IP networking and solid understanding of data networks
+ Willingness to travel around regional NSW, servicing our customer base in these areas
+ Ability to work in differing environments, ranging from Clinical Environments to Construction Sites
+ Previous experience with IPTV, Messaging and Integrated solutions will be highly regarded.
