About the role:
Reporting to the Senior IT Engineer, you will provide comprehensive support services to our growing team located in several locations across Australia and in NZ. The role will be suited to someone who displays exceptional client focus and is motivated to continually develop their growing IT skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide first level user support ensuring a high level of customer service
+ Prioritise appropriately and resolve support tickets that have been logged in the ticket management system
+ Proactively manage procurement and disposal of Company assets, including the maintenance of the IT Asset Register
+ Ensure new starters are set up with necessary hardware, network access, licensing, and security permissions prior to commencement
+ Assist with Network and Systems Management
+ Assist with the design and installation of customer and internal infrastructure projects
+ Provide inspired and committed customer service
+ Build and maintain strong business relationships with all external service providers
Your Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
You:
+ Are an enthusiastic IT Graduate or Level 1 Support Engineer
+ Are a fast learner and self-manager who has the best interest of the team at heart
+ Have a passion for excellent customer service
+ Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage with all audiences
+ Pay a high level of attention to detail
+ Have highly effective time management skills and ability to multi-task
+ Have a passion for IT
+ A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or IT Certifications are highly regarded
