Marketing and Communications Manager

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketing professional with enthusiasm to drive the marketing function for a market leader who provides high quality, customised solutions to major hospitals, health and aged care groups across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the CEO, this role is ideal for someone with strong product marketing experience who will have the opportunity to develop and execute marketing strategy and directly influence the growth of the business.

About the role:
Be responsible for all marketing objectives, including go-to-market, brand, and content strategies; lead generation and conversion; and external communications.

Some Key Responsibilities:
+ Identify and execute strategic marketing plans to meet company goals
+ Implement and execute tactical marketing plans to attract and retain customers
+ Maximise return on investment through effective control of the marketing budget
+ Develop and project manage campaigns (marketing, communications, PR, events, webinars, roadshows and info sessions) to enhance brand and product positioning within the marketplace and public
+ Extract learnings from customers and present results post analysis to sales and product teams
+ Draw insights from market and competitive intelligence to drive differentiation and disrupt the customer
+ Facilitate internal and external communications (including editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all digital and printed content)
+ Manage and develop the marketing function and team
+ Liaise closely with the marketing, sales and product teams to provide market feedback and input to development of solutions

About your Skills:
+ Data driven marketer with the ability to analyse data, interpret results and create compelling content
+ Ability to think creatively and strategically
+ Marketing Management and leadership skills in a similar B2B marketing role
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with reporting rigor
+ Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
+ Self-starting and motivated, with ability to work to deadlines
+ Superior time management and prioritisation skills
+ Advanced MS skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)

Qualifications and Experience:
+ Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or business
+ 5 years plus B2B marketing management experience with a demonstrated track record
+ Experience in a selling environment
+ Experience in PR, digital marketing, social media
+ The ability to influence, manage and guide influencers
+ Ability to self-manage, be accountable and meet deadlines
+ Leadership skills, whilst also demonstrating a can-do, hands-on approach.
+ Comfortable working collaboratively with team members and key stakeholders at all levels
+ Strong technical knowledge in the ICT industry or related areas of Health and Aged Care
