We are very pleased to announce Shanje Liu has joined our team in the role of Clinical Applications Specialist. Based in our Sydney office, Shanje is responsible for helping our customers to deploy the Concentric Care platform and achieve the desired clinical outcomes.
Shanje holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Sydney and has five years’ clinical administration experience within the health sector. Before joining Rauland Australia Shanje was selected by the NSW Ministry of Health to work in the COVID-19 Close Contacts Tracing unit. In this role Shanje worked on establishing the unit’s contact tracing processes and recruiting and training teams of contact tracers.
Shanje has a strong interest in business process management and enjoys engaging with project stakeholders and clinical teams to achieve improved business and clinical outcomes.
“I’m really looking forward to working with clinicians to understand their workflows and business needs and provide the systems and training needed to support them in their work,” said Shanje.
“The Concentric Care platform offers enormous potential for healthcare services to innovate and take full advantage of technology – this is something I’m very passionate about and I’m very excited by this new challenge.”
Away from the office, Shanje likes to relax by joining the ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ swimming group for an early morning 3.6km ocean swim from Manly Beach to Shelley Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Having conquered that challenge, Shanje is now on the look-out for more long-distance ocean swims to test his mettle.
Steve Gomes, Director, Rauland Australia commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Shanje to our business; he combines a very disciplined and process driven approach with fantastic customer engagement skills, further strengthening the skill and capabilities of our Clinical Team.”
