About the role
Based at our North Melbourne Office, the role will involve:
+ Driving all Rauland service parts orders and repairs
+ Ensuring all parts related transactions is completed in a timely manner
+ Monitoring parts failures and returns to predict replacement opportunity
+ Building long term relationships with Rauland customers
+ Providing parts expertise to support internal and external customers
+ High level customer service skills
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
+ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
+ Adaptable to change and ability to work well under pressure
+ Ability to take initiative, identify issues and deliver timely solutions
