Some key responsibilities:
Service and Support:
+ Visit client sites to attend to:
+ preventative service and maintenance per contract; and
+ reactive service calls
+ Perform fault finding and repairs as required
+ Take responsibility for service outcomes which will result in high customer satisfaction
+ Complete detailed service reports for works undertaken
+ Liaise with clients, providing a high level of support and communication
+ Serve on the on-call roster
Project installations:
+ Enjoy varied project involvement, i.e., new builds, retrofits and upgrades
+ Conduct systems installations in line with Company Standard Operating Procedures
+ Work to the project schedule as directed
+ Participate in the provision of detailed documentation
+ Understand project deliverables and the KPI’s used to measure output
+ Be part of project handovers and debriefs as required
+ Participate in and document system commissioning
About You:

You are a stickler for detail, and believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing right. You can think on your feet and are a self-driven continuous learner.
Your Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
You possess:
+ A current Australian Drivers Licence
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, IT / Networking, Telecommunications or relevant experience
+ Good problem-solving skills
+ The ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels
+ Working knowledge of common software packages such as Microsoft Office and email applications
+ Willingness to travel around regional QLD, servicing our customer base in these areas
+ Ability to work in differing environments, ranging from Clinical Environments to Construction Sites
+ A Construction Industry White Card and a Structured Cabling Endorsement will be an advantage
