About The Role:
Working within our Brisbane Operations Team, you will:
+ Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all internal stakeholders, including the Projects-, Service- and Sales Teams locally, as well as the Professional Services Team
+ Design technical solutions aligned with Rauland system capabilities to meet our customers' business requirements, through consultation
+ Work in the field to install and support high end communication systems, including nurse call and patient entertainment systems
+ Perform comprehensive system commissioning and preventative maintenance inspections to ensure Rauland systems are operating at their optimum
+ Engage with clients to scope system changes and prepare quotations
+ Support the Project Team with installation works
+ As a Technical Leader, provide timely responses to internal and external customer queries relating to our highly integrated solutions
+ Provide sales support pertaining to the technical implementation of Rauland products
+ Be a mentor and leader for our graduates
+ Develop detailed designs, system diagrams, testing plans, As Built and Service documentation
+ Work with our Professional Services Team to solve complex technical issues and gain an in-depth technical insight into Rauland products
+ Participate in a Service On-Call Roster
+ Travel regionally, as required
About You:

We are looking to add an experienced technical specialist from either an IT, Electronics or Engineering background to our team who can implement, service and support our integrated communications technology solutions across Queensland.
Your Qualifications and Skills:
You possess:
+ A current Australian Driver’s License
+ A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Cert IV Electronics or IT Networking would also be considered);
+ 2 year’s experience working in a technical service support role and/or project delivery role;
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
+ High level knowledge of Windows, Linux, Embedded Operating Systems, Modern Networking Standards and remote system access methods;
+ Strong understanding of IT systems and IP networking;
+ Excellent problem-solving skills; and
+ Experience and be comfortable working in different environments, varying from clinical environments to construction sites.
