The role:

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for combining construction expertise and cutting-edge digital health solutions? Join Rauland Australia, a leader in healthcare technology, and play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare environments across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the Program Manager, this permanent full-time role, will oversee construction and refit projects that enable the seamless implementation of digital health solutions. Working closely with healthcare providers, internal technical and project teams, head and sub-contractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

How would you contribute to our success?

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources and budgets for construction and refit activities in line with project specifications.
  • Risk & Compliance: Continuously monitor and identify potential risks to delivering projects on time, within budget and adheres to safety, regulatory, and quality standards, implementing mitigation strategies as required.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, fostering clear communication and collaboration to achieve project deliverables.
  • Reporting & Effective Communication: Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, maintaining transparency on project progress, risks and mitigation plans, escalating as appropriate. Ensure all project plans, progress updates, and relevant information are thoroughly documented.

What will make your application stand out?

  • Eligibility to work in Australia and a valid driver license + willingness to travel across Victoria with occasional overnight travel.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget execution (extra tick if within construction, healthcare, or technology sectors!)
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional organisational skills, adept to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated focus on customer centricity; understanding their needs and concerns is your core starting point to building relationships and demonstrating how we can add value.
  • You are self-motivated, with demonstrated ability work independently with minimal supervision, and manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Your problem-solving and attention to detail combined with the ability to diagnose and resolve conflict or other issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Your strong understanding of IP networking concepts, protocols, SAAS technologies, telecommunication systems, and hardware technologies (desirable)
  • Proficiency in in MS Office and Project Management Software (Aconex, Procore and CX Planner would be a plus!)
  • A qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or related field (desirable).
