  • Steve Gomes, Executive Director and Chairman

    With over 35 years in the industry, Steve's focus is on working with the healthcare community to create solutions that help them collaborate, make improved clinical decisions, and provide patient-centred care.

    Throughout his career Steve has enjoyed driving the transformation of healthcare technology and communications to deliver better healthcare outcomes.

    Steve is incredibly proud of the team at Rauland Australia and Rauland New Zealand who come to work each day ready to push the boundaries and deliver innovative healthcare communication solutions that are robust, yet flexible enough, to stand the test of time.

  • Charles Lynam

    Charles Lynam, Advisory Board Member

    Charles joined Rauland’s new Advisory Board in 2021.
    Charles has extensive experience in advising small and large businesses on growth, operations, governance, post-merger management and project evaluation, in Australia and overseas.

    At Macquarie Bank he led the healthcare banking segment, was the global Chief Operating Officer for Macquarie’s investment advisory business, and a leadership team member of various private equity funds where he undertook deal assessment and negotiation.

    Previously he worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. advising clients globally on post-merger management and operational improvement, and he is currently a health-technology business investor and executive director.

    He has undergraduate degrees in engineering and computer science from the University of Sydney, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

  • Cam

    Cameron Burt, CEO

    Cameron joined Rauland Australia and New Zealand in 2021, bringing a wealth of health tech and leadership experience to the company.

    He has an extensive background working with health departments and healthcare organisations on large scale and complex change programs, both in Australia and overseas. Passionate about emerging technologies and healthcare, Cameron's focus is on helping organisations leverage technology to deliver better health outcomes.

    Cameron has played a pivotal role in solidifying our position as one of the leading providers of technology solutions in the healthcare industry and continues to drive innovation and growth within the business.

    Prior to joining Rauland, Cameron was with Cerner in a variety of roles for 23 years, most recently as managing director for the Asia Pacific Region.

  • Emarson Victoria, General Manager - Product & Experience

    With over 25 years in product management, user experience and technology innovation, Emarson is bringing a wealth of product development and user experience knowledge to the business.

    Emarson joined Rauland in 2015 and has since consistently driven innovation throughout the organization. He has deep expertise in multi-channel, multidevice product development and a proven track record of launching commercially successful products. He also has experience in the Startup scene, working on the world's first automated video editing technology.

    He is passionate about all things digital, health tech and AI, and enjoys building and mentoring high-performance tech teams to meet their fullest potential.

    Prior to joining Rauland, Emarson held Product and Technology leadership roles within Australia and Singapore.

  • Craig Byth

    Craig Byth, General Manager - Client Services

    Craig has been a dedicated member of Rauland for more than 20 years, making significant contributions to the company’s growth and success.

    Since joining Rauland in 2004, Craig has held various leadership positions across the business to deliver great client outcomes. Throughout this period, he has also completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies in Business.

    Craig has contributed to major projects throughout Australia and New Zealand whilst leading our client services team. He’s passion for client success has played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our platform whilst providing exceptional support and value to our customers.

    Craig’s commitment and dedication serve as a testament to the amazing culture and people at Rauland.

  • Kristy Apland, Manager - Business Services

    With close to a decade of experience working at Rauland, Kristy currently manages teams in various commercial functions including Finance, Safety, IT, Contracts, Facilities and Quality Assurance.

    Kristy is a qualified Chartered Accountant with significant strategic financial management and corporate governance experience. In her role as Manager Business Services, Kristy is responsible for ensuring the on-going financial sustainability of the business and meeting all statutory reporting requirements.

    Kristy applies her passion for financial analysis and reporting, together with a strong knowledge of legal, contractual and procurement process to support the strategic goals of the business, while effectively mitigating risk. She holds a Bachelor of Business - Accounting and a Bachelor of Science - Biomedical Science from the University of Technology Sydney.

    Prior to joining Rauland, Kristy was an Audit Senior at Nexia Australia.

  • Vickie Knight, Clinical Services Executive

    Vickie brings a deep level of clinical knowledge and experience to the team. Together with the Clinical Team, Vickie is responsible for engaging our healthcare customers to ensure the successful clinical implementation of our Concentric Care platform.

    She has over 25 years of clinical experience within the healthcare sector and began her career as a Registered Nurse. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing and a Masters in Health Science Education and has completed her PhD at The Kirby Institute, Faculty of Medicine at UNSW.

    Vickie has built a career as a Clinical Consultant specialising in clinical re-design and innovation. She also has significant experience in multi-centre research and accreditation projects for the NSW Department of Health and Local Health Districts, across rural and metropolitan areas.

    Outside of Rauland, Vickie is a Conjoint Lecturer at the Kirby Institute of UNSW and is passionate about driving excellence in the facilitation and education of healthcare.

  • Rachael Bissell, General Manager - New Zealand

    With over 25 years of experience working within the medical industry, Rachael brings a deep understanding of the New Zealand health system and exceptional leadership skills to Rauland.

    Her background in oncology precision medicine has equipped her with valuable insights into patient care and the importance of leveraging technology to improve health outcomes.

    Passionate about improving patient equity and outcomes across the New Zealand health system, Rachael is dedicated to transforming how healthcare professionals collaborate, communicate and deliver care.

    Prior to joining, Rachael held key leadership positions in organisations such as Elekta and New Zealand Medical.

  • Rene Bota, Manager - People & Culture

    Rene has been a core member of Rauland since joining in 2014. With over 20 years of experience in HR, finance and admin management, Rene brings extensive leadership and people management skills to the team.

    Her background in human resources has equipped her with valuable insights into staff care and the importance of building a people-first culture to attract, hire and retain top talent, which allows us to continue leading the digital transformation of the healthcare sector.

    Passionate about fostering a caring work environment for our team, Rene has introduced exciting P&C initiatives such as our Talent Management System and Learning Leave aiding career development, an Employee Assistance Program and Employee Benefits Scheme driving wellbeing and employee engagement.

    Prior to joining Rauland, Rene held a Finance and Admin managerial position at Morpheas Media Pty Ltd for over 7 years.

  • Lucas Jordaan, Sales & Business Development Manager - VIC, TAS & SA

    Lucas has a background in Electronic Engineering and brings 20 years of experience across Engineering, Sales and Management to the team.

    He has spearheaded major sales projects such as the New Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Frankston Hospital redevelopment. He is outcome focused and firmly believes that technology is a great enabler for success, and this belief fuels his passion for bringing a positive impact to businesses, communities and individuals through his work here at Rauland.

    Prior to joining Rauland, Lucas held key leadership roles within Engineering and Sales in organisations such as Philips and ST Micro Electronics, both locally and overseas.

  • Tony Ellwood, Sales & Business Development Manager - NSW & ACT

    Tony joined Rauland in 2018 and brings over 20 years of Sales and Business Management experience to the team.

    Tony has worked in different industries, contributing to the growth of various customer-facing businesses that involve technology and extensive people management. He started his career in the Biotechnology sector and has since progressed to hold Senior Management roles within various organisations.

    Throughout his career, Tony has developed a deep expertise in business development, specialising in the optimisation of business processes and business strategy development for technology companies seeking growth.

    Tony is passionate about health tech and enjoys seeing his projects come to life in hospitals across NSW and ACT.

  • Tony Monch, Sales & Business Development Manager - QLD & NT

    Oliver has a background in IT and brings over ten years of experience in business development and account management.

    Since joining Rauland in 2018, Oliver has taken on various roles supporting Sales, Product and Operational teams to connect and better deliver patient care.
    Most recently, he has taken on the role of Sales Manager looking after QLD and NT to support, plan and deliver innovative health technology to our customers.

    Oliver is passionate about healthcare technology for the positive impact it brings to people and his community.

  • Mark Stevenson, Clients & Operations Manager - NSW

    Mark has been a core member of Rauland since joining the team in 2012. He has accumulated over 19 years of experience in operations and logistics management, with expertise in the healthcare and supply chain management sectors.

    Mark has managed and led large scale healthcare technology projects and services across rural and metropolitan areas, in particular acute and aged care facilities across NSW. Always with a focus on collaborating with our customers and partners to deliver high quality outcomes.

    Prior to joining Rauland, Mark held key operational leadership roles in CEVA logistics and Linfox.

  • Jack Harris

    Jack Harris, Clients & Operations Manager - QLD

    Jack's journey at Rauland began as a Project Manager, a role that has since evolved into his current position as the Client Services and Operations Manager for Queensland and the Northern Territory.

    Working at the forefront of health technology, Jack derives immense satisfaction from elevating patient care through innovative solutions and fostering cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Product, and Operational teams.

    Since joining Rauland, he has contributed to major projects throughout Australia and New Zealand and has in-depth expertise in project management.

  • Wolf Beinlich, Clients & Operations Manager - VIC, SA, TAS

    Wolf joined Rauland as a Service Manager for VIC and has since progressed to a Client Services and Operations Manager overseeing VIC, SA and TAS. He is a well-seasoned IT professional and brings over two decades of IT experience to the team.

    Wolf has deep expertise in ICT systems infrastructure, service delivery and team management with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

    Prior to joining Rauland, Wolf held key leadership roles within IT and Operations both overseas and locally.

Leading Hand/Site Superviser - Electronic Systems Installation

In this role, you will oversee the installation of electronic systems into health care settings from greenfield builds to retrofits within operational hospitals and residential care facilities.
