The role:
We want you, to be our Brand Representative across various Monash Health sites, to sell, support and collect payment from hospital patients, who have or wish to purchase the historical television entertainment channel.
- Employment Type: Casual
- Locations of work: Mainly Clayton, Kingston & Moorabbin Hospitals and back up Dandenong and Casey Hospitals.
- Possible Schedules: Day, (9:30-14:30 or 9:30-18:00) Afternoon (14:30-19:30) & Weekend Shifts (12:00-18:30)
- Possible Hours: Up to 15 – 20 per week depending on operational needs.
- Requirements: You will need reliable transport and be flexible and willing to work all locations and shifts listed above.
How would you contribute to our success?
- Developing and maintaining close working relationships with clients and hospital staff
- Educating patients on the product and services available to them, the use of these services and successfully converting these discussions into sales.
- Effectively trouble shoot and resolve any disruption to services.
- Adequately manage payment plans and collection of payments, escalating any concerns.
- Ensuring all invoices, accounts, and reports are accurately generated, issued and or administered and on time in accordance with the necessary standards and regulations.
