The role:
We are seeking an absolute standout Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO in a high-intensity, high-trust role. As a trusted partner to the CEO, you’ll bring a sharp commercial mindset, excellent judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that strategic priorities are executed efficiently, internal and external communications are clear and compelling and the CEO’s time is protected and purposefully directed. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and ensures focus, clarity, and execution at the highest level.
How would you contribute to our success?
- Executive Support: You’ll be the master of calendars, logistics, and priorities, making sure the CEO is always in the right place, with the right information, at the right time.
- Communications and presentations: Whether it’s a board paper, a speech, or a thoughtful email, you’ll help shape the CEO’s thought leadership content and deliver messages that land with clarity and impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You’ll be a trusted point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing information flow and helping maintain strong, productive relationships.
- Project Management: from leadership offsites to board preparation, you’ll help make big ideas happen – keeping things on track, on message, and on time.
- Solving problems before they exist: You’ll keep conversations moving, anticipate needs and action decision by managing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on key items. You’ll connect the dots, and keep things running smoothly, even when things get fast and complex.
What will make your application stand out?
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives with a strong track record of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication skills: Both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for diverse audiences
- Technically Savvy: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools such as Teams, PowerPoint, with a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies and AI.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Resilient and commercially aware: A warm professional who thrives in high-trust environments and maintains composure under pressure and commits to delivering only the highest of quality.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent organisational agility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced tech environment. You also drive continuous improvement and navigate changing priorities.
