The role:

We are looking for an ICT Solutions Engineer to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality, integrated technology solutions that enhance healthcare operations.

Reporting to the ICT Delivery Manager, you will be a key player in systems integration, ensuring seamless interoperability between the Rauland Concentric Care Platform and third-party ICT vendor systems and be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing deployment strategies, and ensuring solutions are effectively aligned with client needs.

How would you contribute to our success?

  • Deploy & Implement Solutions: Design, deploy, and integrate Rauland Concentric Care Solutions to meet client-specific ICT requirements.
  • Systems Integration: Implement and maintain seamless integrations between Rauland Concentric Care Solutions and third-party ICT vendor systems.
  • Technical Architecture & Documentation: Develop system designs, diagrams, and testing plans while ensuring peer review and compliance with best practices.
  • Technical Support & Incident Management: Provide ICT escalation support, lead incident resolution, and participate in the on-call roster for critical technical support.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work with internal teams, clients, and partners to refine deployment strategies and improve ICT systems.
  • Infrastructure & Systems Administration: Manage and support a range of ICT systems, including Windows Server, Linux, VoIP, SQL Databases, Networks, Virtualization (VMware), Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Product & Process Development: Assist in developing new solutions, improving existing products, and creating technical documentation and training materials.

What will make your application stand out?

  • Bachelor’s degree in ICT Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field,
    2+ years of experience in ICT project delivery and systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience with at least three or more of the following: Windows Server, Linux (Oracle/RedHat), VoIP (SIP), SQL Databases, Networking (TCP/IP, Wireless), Virtualization (VMware), Cloud (AWS/Azure), Kubernetes/Docker, ITIL, PRINCE2/Agile.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Your confident communication and ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven experience working and thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience embracing innovation, and passion for continuous improvement.
  • Your reliability, ethics and organisation, with strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • A willing to participate in an estimated 6-8 week on call roster cycle, providing for, additional allowances + paid overtime.
