We are very pleased to announce Alesha Molcisi has been appointed as the new General Manager of People & Culture at Rauland Australia and New Zealand.
Based in our Melbourne office, Alesha will be responsible for being a steward of the Rauland team culture of care and commitment, enhancing the employee experience and implementing strategic yet transformative internal business initiatives and systems.
Alesha brings a wealth of HR experience and expertise, having over 12 years of people and culture experience spanning operational HR leadership and commercial HR executive roles across Australia and New Zealand.
Alesha’s dedication to fostering employee well-being, driving continuous improvement and supporting individual growth aligns seamlessly with our values.
