With the integration of Concentric Care Responder, Pinpoint's location capabilities can detect staff presence to automatically cancel nurse call events and update corridor lights accordingly to inform staff that the call is being attended to. This eliminates the need for busy staff to press the staff presence button upon entering and leaving the patient room and reduces associated infection risks with repeated touching of the button.

Pinpoint Duress Tags enable clinical staff to easily and quickly activate duress events. Responders receive notification of duress alarms including detailed location information to support rapid response. It can also be used as a standalone solution or supplement to Concentric Care Reach Duress for staff without wireless nurse call devices, Pinpoint Duress Tags ensure everyone can seek protection.

Pinpoint utilises RTLS tags attached to smartbeds to accurately track and display where a bed is located at any given time which saves valuable time. The solution also ensures the clinical team member allocated to the patient receives the correct bed alerts immediately in case of patient attempts to exit the bed, which can assist in fall prevention efforts.
