Rauland is first and foremost a people-centred business. Our ability to attract, reward and retain talented people is central to our vision and exciting growth plans to support the digital transformation of the acute, aged and mental health care sectors.
We are building our team for the future and we are always on the lookout for professionals who are curious, inspired and bring new thinking to challenge the status quo.
We understand excellence is a team game. We invest in our people and support their development and learning, encouraging everyone to reach their full potential and enjoy a long and rewarding career with us.
Rauland is home to a culture of excellence – promoting creativity, forward thinking and active learning in everything we do.
Built from the ground up and with 30+ years in the game, we are a team that backs and recognises each other. We appreciate the role that diversity plays in creating the rich tapestry that is our workplace.
Together we are innovating and delivering a better care experience for patients, residents, their families and the wider healthcare community by giving our all every day.
Looking out for and after the wellbeing of our people and the people we work with.
Building a collaborative team approach to everything we do.
We commit and we deliver on all that we say and do for each other and our customers.
We consistently do what is right by each other, our customers and the clinicians and carers we support.
We always get the job done, working together to exceed the expectations of our industry.
Our customer’s priority is our priority. We are on their team, just as they are on ours. We scale and succeed together.
Our people make a meaningful difference every day to the lives of carers and the people they care for. Our goal is simple: to return the favour to our people by making a meaningful difference to their lives. Here are just a few of the ways we aim to achieve this:
We recognise the role that functional training plans play in enabling our people to effectively carry out their roles. We also acknowledge the value of targeted development plans and autonomy to shape these in a way that enable our people to invest in themselves.
We are committed to supporting your career growth and development. We recognise that growth and development mean different things to different people. Our tailored approach focuses on encouraging our people to step outside their comfort zone, challenging and preparing them for endless opportunities.
Moments that matter
We value getting to know our people and appreciate the luxury we often have to share moments that matter to them. Whilst we aim to discretionally celebrate these as they occur, we are also proud to share the following commitments:
We understand that life has its challenges. That is why we are proud to partner with our Employee Assistance provider to offer confidential, free support to our people, designed to enhance emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing when they need it most.
In recognising the importance of family and spending precious time together, we are proud that our parental leave policy offers primary carers up to 11 weeks paid parental benefits and secondary carers 4 weeks paid parental leave.
We encourage all our people to take annual leave regularly to recharge and relax. These also include a range of other leave benefits such as bereavement leave and carer’s leave that are there to support our people in times that matter most.
We thrive on seeing each other succeed and we ensure that our people understand that they are valued. That is why we have several appreciation awards focused on recognising behaviour and performance that illustrate our values and contribute to our culture, as and when it happens.
When you join our team, you will be alongside people who are passionate about what they do and are determined to make an impact. Hear what our people have to say about working at Rauland.
