Recent solutions expansion has created an opportunity for an energetic and driven AM/Business Development Manager to work within our business across Queensland, as part of a tight knit team with a dedicated focus on growth.
About the Role:
+ Involvement in business strategic planning and identification of market expansion opportunities.
+ Identifying and driving opportunities with prospective clients by creating relationships with key decision makers in private and public health across Queensland: including hospitals, private health groups, government health.
+ Scoping and understanding clients’ projects and support needs, strategic objectives, purchasing criteria, political and other influences or constraints and decision-making processes in our market.
+ Managing and supporting existing and potential clients (facing a broad range of stakeholders, varying from nurse unit managers and/or directors, Information Technology specialists to executives).
+ Working with your technical team to design client focused solutions.
+ Promoting our solutions through delivery of compelling and interactive presentations to key stakeholders / decision makers: clients, consultants and decision influencers.
+ Proactively managing a busy pipeline of sales opportunities and fluent priorities, long sales cycles and a complex sales process.
+ Generating and closing new solution opportunities and sales.
You are an established and high performing salesperson, who is passionate about technology and has an avid interest in healthcare. People are drawn to your honest and engaging personality – you earn their trust and respect easily.
Your Qualifications & Skills:
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you will need to have:
+ Experience in a complex and solution-focused sales environment.
+ Proven success record and/or experience gained in areas such as Audio Visual, security, telecommunications / information systems, smart commercial lighting or similar, in the health; education; hospitality or similar service market sectors.
+ Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage audiences – varying in professions and size of group.
+ Experience positioning solutions to multiple stake holders in the value chain whilst being comfortable with very long project cycles
+ Ability to think strategically with an understanding of complex solution sales in the technology space.
+ Strong stakeholder management, influencing and problem-solving skills.
