  • Pipeline & Forecast Discipline: Strengthen pipeline hygiene and forecasting confidence by partnering with Sales Managers to progress opportunities and improve predictability.
  • Sales Process Optimisation & Automation: Streamline end-to-end sales workflows (lead-to-close), improve handoffs, reduce admin and drive consistency through smarter process and CRM enhancements.
  • Sales Order / Purchase Order Processing Integrity: Oversee SO/PO processing in CRM to ensure accuracy, approvals and effective coordination with Finance, Supply Chain and Delivery.
  • Contract Lifecycle Coordination: Coordinate contract creation, tracking, storage and renewals; make key dates visible and surface renewal risks early.
  • Enablement & Training: Act as the CRM SME, support onboarding, training and ongoing coaching so teams use the CRM consistently and effectively.
  • Projects & GTM Coordination: Support/lead sales operations initiatives (e.g., CRM enhancements, renewal readiness, technology refreshes, process improvement projects) and coordinate with Product/Marketing/Sales Enablement on GTM readiness.
  • Governance & Compliance: Maintain strong documentation, data handling and operational governance aligned to company expectations (including quality and safety requirements)
