About the Role:

Working closely with a broad and multi-disciplined internal team, as well as our clients, you will:

  • Ensure accurate design specifications are attained through effective communication and business analysis achieved by creating strong relationships with our clients to best understand their needs.
  • Effectively implement project outcomes by taking a holistic approach to the integrated environment – considering financial, timeline and client satisfaction targets.
  • Navigate and manage complex stakeholder structures to implement new Nurse Call, Patient Engagement and Critical Messaging Systems in environments ranging from greenfield construction sites to operational clinical facilities. 
  • Take ownership of all contract related documentation and processes from design to commissioning/handover.
  • Be a mentor and point of escalation for the project team.
  • Identify, communicate and manage risk.

Your Qualifications / Skills / Experience:

To be considered for this role, you will

  • Have at least 3+ years Project Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead multi-discipline teams.
  • Previous experience working in hospital environments (the end users of our systems) and/or construction environments (our systems are often installed as part of a new build or refurbishment) would be well regarded.
  • Possess strong consultative skills, with proven exposure to integration and systems thinking.
  • Have a passion for technology, and a successful track record of contributing to the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
  • Be available to travel within NSW and nationally on occasion.
