About the role:
Initially, you will complete a rotation through various roles to gain exposure to our business. These rotations will have you working in the field to service, install and support high-end communication systems, including nurse call systems and patient entertainment systems, amongst other areas of exposure.
Experiences you will gain, include:
+ Working with our Project team to gain experience in project coordination, system installation, system design, and on-site works.
+ Working with our Service team to learn to service and support our platform and drive customer service outcomes.
+ Working with our Technical Services team to gain in-depth technical insight into our products such as developing system schematics and software configurations.
+ Following the rotation, a career plan will be drafted to best suit your skills, experience, and interests.
Your Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
You possess:
+ A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Cert III or IV Electronics or IT Networking would also be considered)
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Working knowledge of common software packages such as Microsoft Office & Email applications
+ Good problem-solving skills
+ The ability and willingness to travel within NSW on occasion and be part of the rotating on-call roster
+ You are comfortable working in differing working environments, varying from Clinical Environments to Construction Sites
+ Are comfortable in a role that will see you performing a variety of different daily tasks, such as physical installation works involving the use of hand and power tools, working on ladders, field service, programming, commissioning, administration and planning
