Technology integration readily available for hospital and aged care customers
We are pleased to announce that care technology company Rauland Australia has further strengthened our technology partnership with Pole Star, a leader in location-based technologies.
Cameron Burt, CEO Rauland Australia, commented: “Our partnership is a true collaboration that will revolutionise operational workflows in a clinical setting and enhance safety and quality with the latest proven technologies. Through Concentric Care, which is our clinical collaboration and communication platform where we have integrated Pole Star’s location technology seamlessly, we can positively impact healthcare outcomes.”
The close collaboration starting two years ago has already seen many successes with various hospitals and residential aged care facilities, who are reaping the benefit of the partners’ combined real-time locating system (RTLS) solutions. The joint technologies address highly important safety and quality aspects of care, such as staff duress, resident wandering, asset tracking and wireless nurse call applications, among others. The partners bring unique RTLS capabilities in healthcare that bring various benefits, including higher accuracy, better workflow and lower cost of ownership.
Christian Carle, Chairman & CEO at Pole Star, added: “We are incredibly excited about the future of this partnership and the tremendous positive impact it will have on the healthcare industry in Australia and New Zealand. Our advanced Indoor location platform, the NAO suite, along with our unified location infrastructure approach, has made indoor location-based use cases accessible for all types of healthcare facilities.”
